“Ohio is home to 44 NCAA institutions and thousands of student-athletes whose futures depend on a stable, fair, and predictable framework,” said Senator Moreno. “I commend Chairman Cruz and his team for working with us. With my concerns addressed, I will be supporting this important step toward restoring order, protecting opportunities for student-athletes, and preserving the future of college sports.”
