WASHINGTON –Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) introduced the Halting International Relocation of Employment Act, or HIRE Act, to protect American workers from outsourcing by disincentivizing U.S. companies from chasing cheaper wages and hiring foreign workers.
