Moreno Statement on Supreme Court’s Ruling on Asylum

WASHINGTON – Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) released the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled that non-citizens who attempt to cross the southern border are not automatically designated as asylum seekers.
