Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Application Forms

Senator Moreno is accepting constituent requests for the FY27 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS), and Appropriations bills. Our office does not accept late applications, so please continue to check this website for forms and relevant due dates.
