WASHINGTON – Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) revealed that the state of Connecticut gave a driver’s license to an illegal alien who killed Ohioan Austin Karr Grimes over the weekend, as part of the state’s “drive-only” license policy. Connecticut has issued nearly 60,700 “drive-only” licenses to illegal aliens.
